RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We offer a 10 day return for eligible merchandise. Refunds are provided in the form of DAZSBOUTIQUE.com Gift Cards, which exclude original shipping costs and include a $8 restocking fee.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Clothing
All tags must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.

Underwear & swimwear
Purchased underwear & swimwear should be tried on over underwear.

Bags & accessories
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

Shoes
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

Exchange
Exchanges are limited to one exchange for the same product in another size or color. If you would like to exchange an item because the fit isn’t right please contact us at info@dazsboutique.com to check if your replacement size or color is in stock. We wil provide you with the nessecary exchange document.

Returns
All items returned should have a returning document included. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. Make sure that you keep the tracking number when sending your package at your post-office.

What items are returnable?

  • Items delivered within 10 days.
  • All tags attached.
  • Package intact.
  • Unused products.
  • Item is within 10 days of purchase.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Original shipping charges except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • Collaborative apparel releases.
  • Collaborative footwear releases.
